How to use these PDF tools
Choose your task
Open a tool such as Merge PDF, Compress PDF or Word to PDF. Check the supported file type and the options shown.
Add your files
Choose files from your device. For merging, use the arrow buttons to put them in the order you want. Enter a password if your PDF needs one.
Save the result
Run the tool and keep the page open. The completed file downloads through your browser. A message explains errors or unavailable services.
Supported file types and conversion limits
Office files to PDF
Word to PDF accepts DOCX, Excel to PDF accepts XLSX, and PowerPoint to PDF accepts PPTX. Older DOC, XLS and PPT files are not supported. Font substitutions or complex layouts can affect the converted result.
PDF to Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Word output contains editable text and may not preserve the original layout. PowerPoint output uses a page image on each slide. Excel output extracts readable text tables. Run OCR first if a scanned page has no selectable text.
Images and scanned documents
JPG to PDF accepts JPG, PNG and WebP images. PDF to JPG saves rendered pages in a ZIP file. OCR creates searchable PDFs; the language picker shows the installed English and Hindi options. Recognition accuracy depends on scan quality.
Privacy, passwords and PDF signatures
Temporary file processing
Files are processed in temporary folders and removed after the response. This tool does not create an account or document history. A visitor cookie and a short-lived download counter track the shared allowance of two free downloads per day. The allowance resets at midnight IST; see Pricing for premium enquiries. Optional AI processing sends extracted text to the configured provider only after you select it and consent.
Protected PDF files
Enter the existing password to open a protected PDF. Processing can produce an unprotected output, so use Protect PDF if the result also needs a password. Unlock PDF does not bypass an unknown password.
Signatures and redaction
A typed, drawn or uploaded signature is a visual mark. Certificate mode uses your own P12/PFX certificate. Redaction removes content by flattening output pages, so selectable text and some interactive features are lost.
PDF tools FAQs
What are the PDF upload and page limits?
Each file can be up to 25 MB, with a 50 MB total upload limit. A job supports up to 200 PDF pages; image-based operations support up to 40 pages. Output is limited to 100 MB. Some tools accept only one file, while others allow multiple files.
Will Compress PDF always make a file smaller?
No. A PDF that is already compressed may not shrink further. The tool reduces image data when useful and keeps the original if the processed file would be larger.
Can these tools fill every PDF form?
PDF Forms works with supported AcroForm text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons and selections. Read the form fields first, then enter values. XFA forms are not supported.
Do PDF summary and translation work without an AI account?
Local summary can extract key sentences without an AI key. AI summary and translation require a configured AI provider and your consent to send document text. The page marks them as unavailable when no key is configured.
Does Crop PDF remove hidden content?
Crop changes the visible page area; it does not permanently erase content outside that area. Use Redact PDF to remove selected content from the output. Check the result before sharing it.
